 To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world

We believe that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor

We believe there is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour

We brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.  And having food and raiment let us be therewith content
